2020 Summer Program Registration- Reecy Davis (Greenville)Club:

Summer Program Update:

The Reecy Davis Club has a tentative reopen date of July 13th at 50% capacity, where we will offer half day programming to youth

Please register your child if you are interested in having them attend the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas modified Summer Program. You will need to complete one form per child. There are a limited number of spaces to be filled and these will be filled on a first come, first served basis. In order to secure your spot, you must pay the at least the deposit fee (this deposit is non-refundable), or speak with our Director of Operations regarding a payment plan. 

Dates (tenative): July 13th 1 – August 7th (Closed on July 3rd)

Hours: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Summer Fees: Though we try to keep our costs minimal, below is the required fees for youth participating in the Summer Program

• Current Members: $100/child
• New Members: $120/child
• In order to hold your spot, new members must pay a non-refundable $120 deposit, current members must pay a non-refundable $100 deposit
• Summer spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. 

Youth: All youth age 6-18 are eligble to participate!

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch To Go provided.

Safety is the number one priority at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas, and we are doing everything possible to keep our children, our staff, and our volunteers protected from the COVID-19 virus. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has released updated guidance to childcare providers detailing safety protocol during the coronavirus crisis. Some of these regulations include mandatory social distancing, PPE requirements, and decreased capacity at sites. In order to fulfill our mission to the best of our ability, and remain in compliance with CDC guidelines, we have made the following decisions:

1. ROCKWALL SUMMER PROGRAM: Our Rockwall Summer Program will be transitioning from in person programs to virtual Club programs for the entirety of the summer.*

2. REECY DAVIS (GREENVILLE) SUMMER PROGRAM: Our Reecy Davis Summer Program will be transitioning from in person programs to virtual Club programs during the month of June. We tentatively plan to reopen, at a 50% capacity, on July 13th. More information to come.*

3. COMMERCE SUMMER PROGRAM: Our Commerce Summer Program will be transitioning  from in person programs to virtual Club programs for the entirety of the summer.

*Any Club member who has paid a deposit for the 2020 Summer program will be contacted via email with further information.
